Otter Creek is governed by its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). These play a crucial role in shaping our community's character, aesthetics, and harmony. They cover various aspects such as appearance, maintenance, noise, fences, pets, home businesses, and personal conduct. When properly enforced, these covenants contribute to safer neighborhoods, better aesthetics, and the preservation of property values.
The Bylaws govern the internal management of the Property Owners' Association (POA).
