New Residents

...to Otter Creek! You have picked a wonderful neighborhood to call home. We are a connected community, which is helped in part by this website, the POA's email notifications, quarterly newsletters, and the neighborhood's closed-group Facebook page.
We have provided some important information below to help you settle into your new home and community. If you have any other questions, please email the POA at info@ottercreekpoa.com. We will do our best to help you.
Registering with the POA
New residents need to register with the POA. Letting us know who you are is necessary so the POA has current information for dues billing and email addresses to send communications. To register, residents should send an email with their name, address, and contact details to info@ottercreekpoa.com
Those who use Facebook are welcome to join our closed group by answering the questions prompted when you click "Join" on the Facebook page.
POA Dues
Yearly dues are $575 per lot and are payable no later than February 28th of each year. Payment can be made by check or electronic payment via QuickBooks. (See this website's "POA Dues" page for more information.)
Covenants & Bylaws
Otter Creek Estates has Covenants and Bylaws in place to protect the property values of lot owners and govern the internal management of the POA. For more information, please see this website's "Covenants & Bylaws" page.
Utilities
Electric: Carroll Electric provides electricity for most of the neighborhood except for the west side of Gleneagle Drive; those homes are Swepco. If you are Carroll Electric, the startup service is located here; for Swepco here
Water/Irrigation/Sewer: The City of Cave Springs provides water, irrigation, and sewer services. You can call the water department & put your irrigation on "winter rates"; it'll save you $$ on your water bill. 479-248-1040 option 3
Natural Gas: is provided by Black Hills Energy. To establish service, please click here.
Cable & Internet: is provided by Cox Communications. To establish service, please click here.
Trash/Recycling: Cards NWA provides trash and recycling services, and containers are picked up on Tuesday mornings. The trucks come early, so most residents put their bins out the night before pickup. Please note that all trash and recycling containers must be placed out of sight (in the garage or behind the fence) except on trash day.
