(Updated 4/3/2024)

KISI ACCESS REQUEST FORM is available HERE

HOURS OF OPERATION

❖ The pool is open for operation seasonally, Sunday through Thursday, 8am to 9pm, and Friday and Saturday, 8am to 10pm.

 GENERAL OPERATING PROCEDURES

❖ Pool use is for residents of Otter Creek and their guests only. Guests using the pool/facilities must always be accompanied by an Otter Creek lot owner/resident.

❖Adult supervision is always required for any child in the pool area under 14. Supervision must be provided by an individual who is at least 18 years of age and is specifically responsible for the care/supervision of the child.

❖ Water shoes are highly recommended when using the pool due to the rough texture of the gunite pool floor.

❖ Swim diapers must be worn by young children who are not fully potty trained in the pool. Contamination of pool water can pose a severe health risk and result in the pool being closed for several days.
NOTE: If a fecal accident does occur, please notify the property management company immediately by calling America’s Swimming Pool Company of NWA at (479) 640-1118.

❖ Individuals (adults or children) who are acutely ill/sick are prohibited from using the pool.

❖ Parents/guardians are asked to monitor their children in the pool area, helping them respect POA property and others utilizing this shared space (e.g., keeping horseplay to a minimum, mainly when small children are present, etc.).

❖PLEASE NOTE:
➢     NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the pool area.
➢     Water balloons are prohibited (as remnants may damage the pool equipment).
➢     Animals/Pets are NOT allowed in the pool area.

WHEN LEAVING THE POOL:
➢     Please remember to clean up and discard any trash, etc.
➢     Return any chairs, umbrella stands, tables, etc., to their original locations.
➢     Close and secure any umbrellas you may have used or which may have mistakenly been left open.
➢     Ensure you have taken all your belongings, including clothes, goggles, pool toys, etc. Items left at the pool will be            placed in the lost and found bin; anything remaining for more than 30 days will be donated or discarded.

Thank you for helping keep the pool in good condition and ensuring it remains a pleasant space for all residents.

❖PAVILION RESERVATION:

The pavilion may be reserved by "submitting a new event" under Residents, Calendar.

Residents may reserve the pavilion for private events such as birthday parties, watch parties, sports team meetings, and game nights (BUNCO, poker, etc.). The resident will have access to the covered patio space with a grill and picnic table.
